Your information.
Reading and planning
The Smoke Log can be read without an account. The portion calculator runs in your browser and does not submit your inputs to us. There is no newsletter form, advertising integration or affiliate tracking in this version.
What this demonstration stores
The local demonstration stores the name, email address, phone number, order notes and collection choices you enter. Use test details only. Basket selections are saved in your browser so they survive a refresh. Your private Smoke Club card code is also saved on this browser for returning checkouts. Points, reward redemptions and refund adjustments are linked to that card. Keep the private link safe: anyone holding it can redeem its points.
Payments and email
The local demo does not collect card information, take money or send email. Confirmation messages are kept in a local outbox visible to staff. When configured for live use, Stripe handles payment and the configured email provider delivers confirmations.
Before the live store opens
This is a development privacy notice, not the final business policy. The business must add its identity, contact details, retention periods, lawful bases, processor information and rights process before accepting real customer data.
