How it works

Earn 1 point per whole £1 actually paid, after discounts. Points arrive when payment is confirmed.

Use 100 available points for £5 off a later order. Choose your reward before continuing to payment.
The good-to-know bits.
One £5 reward per order, on a food subtotal of at least £5.50. Points are rounded down per order, never earned on the discount, and have no cash value. They do not expire under the current scheme.
Refunds reduce earned points to reflect the amount you actually paid. Redeemed points return when a full refund completes. If you already used points from a refunded purchase, new earnings cover that difference. Pending payments temporarily reserve any points being used.
Points belong to your private card, rather than an email address. Save your card link and use it on any device. Separate cards cannot currently be merged. Orders placed before Smoke Club was introduced do not earn points retrospectively.
